Candidates for Nation present 2  Distinct Visions

President Ajani Mukkarram and Major Ayesha  Salaam presented 2 distinct visions for the future of the Afrodescendant Nation in the first election and presidential debate in the history of the Nation.

The debate was held at Muhammad’s Mosque in Atlanta, Georgia on the 115^th birthday of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad.

President Ajani who has held the position of president for the past 6 years said that his vision entailed fine tuning the Afrodescendant Congress for the next 3 years, having a passport drive for those desiring to leave America and to promote a Reparations bill. “We need a continuity of government,” said President Ajani who cited his involvement in the forming of the Afrodescendant Constitution.

He also wants to develop committees to scout opportunities in other countries for the Nation.

“We Need To Lift Him Up” said Candidate Ayesha Salaam who was referring to the Honorable Silis Muhammad.  “No body knows about him.  The people don’t know that he is the ‘Jesus’ they have been looking for.”  The Honorable Elijah Muhammad always praised Master Fard Muhammad and lifted up His Name. He let us know this information was coming from the Honorable Elijah Muhammad.” Citing her long time tenure in the Nation of Islam, Candidate Ayesha spoke of her pain she endured with the Nation of Islam fell after the death of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad.  “I went to Sammy Davis Jr. and asked him for money to re-establish the Nation,” stated Candidate Aisha.  She also wants to re-establish the 3 year Economic Plan outlined by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad.  “It worked then, and it will work now” she continued.
